Kabbalah is the mystical dimension of Judaism. As Judaism is the historical predecessor of Christian, Islam and many other religions, Kabbalah is truly accepted as the mystical basis of all modern religion.
At the center of Kabbalistic thought is the principle belief that there is only one G-d and that nothing exists in this universe except for G-d. As finite human beings with limited spiritual and intellectual powers, simply recognizing that there is a larger infinite power encompassing us is the first obstacle. Once we acknowledge and start to tap into this infinite energy, we begin to be able to harness this power to make enormous positive changes in our lives.

That each of us are interconnected. And that we can learn to channel the energy of the universe toward accomplishing the positive changes that we require in our lives. We are able to use the spiritual, emotional and mental tools of Kabbalah to create changes in our lives that enable us to live freer, happier and more meaningful lives… not just for ourselves, but for everyone around us as well.
